Opening date set for Australia’s newest airport

The country's newest airport is preparing for take-off, today announcing when its first passenger flights will depart. Located in Western Sydney, the $5.9 billion international airport will open to travellers on 25 October, with officials expecting strong demand to drive future expansion over time.
