Opposition leans towards supporting Labor stage three cuts

The Opposition is preparing to back Labor's stage three tax cuts, which broaden the original policy to include millions of low and middle-income earners. Shadow Cabinet is expected to meet on Monday to formalise its position ahead of the return of Parliament next week.
