The Liberals and Nationals are calling for a major policy rethink on tackling the illicit tobacco market, as organised crime groups continue to profit. A Coalition government would slash the tobacco excise and move to make vapes more readily available. But public health groups warn it could give rise to a new generation of nicotine addiction.
