Part 2 | Afghanistan faces 'darkest period' for women in its history

Published
It's been described as the darkest period for women in Afghan history. According to the UN, nearly 80% of young women, aged 18 to 29, are not in education, employment or training. In Part One of this story, we reported on how the situation is getting worse, according to human rights organisations. In Part Two of our Special Report, we look at the Australian response. This report was produced in collaboration with SBS Pashto.
