Penny Wong arrives in Japan for fuel security talks

Foreign Minister Penny Wong has arrived in Tokyo on a mission to secure more fuel supplies for Australia. The Opposition is calling for urgent action to double minimum domestic stockpiles to oblige Australia to keep 60 days of supply in reserve.
