Perth doctor linked to IS group confirmed alive as Australia issues return warning

The Iraqi judicial system has confirmed a Perth doctor linked to the IS group in Syria is still alive. The Home Affairs Minister has warned that anyone who joined the terrorist organisation will face Australian law if they attempt to return.
