The senior Aboriginal clan leaders of North East Arnhem Land have issued a rallying cry for the nation to support the referendum for the Indigenous Voice to Parliament. The Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese, has returned to the Northern Territory for the Garma cultural festival, a year after he addressed the same event with a draft referendum question.
