PM visits flood disaster zone, praising volunteer recovery efforts

More financial help has been unlocked for flood-affected residents on the New South Wales mid-north coast. The Prime Minister visited Taree, now deemed a ‘catastrophic’ disaster zone by the Australian Insurance Council. Recovery efforts have been boosted by the arrival of seventy Australian Defence Force personnel.
