Premier orders inquiry into Transgrid power failure

The NSW Premier, Chris Minns, has announced a disaster declaration for much of central western New South Wales. Tens of thousands of residents have been without power, including the city of Broken Hill. For nearly a week, the outback city has experienced power issues first sparked by wild weather.
