Pressure mounting on government to cut interest rates

As the Reserve Bank meets ahead of a decison on interest rates, the Greens are demanding the Treasurer use his powers to intervene and cut rates himself. The ultimatum comes as Labor seeks support for legislation to overhaul the R-B-A.
