Prime Minister Albanese seeks legal advice over Morrison's secret portfolios

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese says he's seeking legal advice following reports his predecessor Scott Morrison was secretly sworn into at least three ministries. The Governor-General's office says the appointments were above board, but the government is questioning why they were kept secret.
