Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has this afternoon announced the details of an inquiry into Scott Morrison's secret appointment to five ministries. It follows advice to the government earlier this week, which found Mr Morrison did not break any laws by taking on the portfolios, but it went against the principles of a "responsible government”.
