Prime Minister's National Press Club speech warns of challenges ahead as fuel crisis continues

A tax deal has been finalised between the states and the commonwealth, to take a further six cents a litre off at the bowser. The Prime Minister today followed up last night's primetime address, with a speech at the National Press Club, echoing the UK leader's message that the months ahead could be rocky.
