Pro-Palestinian protesters disrupt parliament opening

Federal police have made one arrest, and briefly detained 17 other protesters after a demonstration over the Middle East conflict at federal parliament. While the Greens want Australia to stop supplying weapon parts to Israel and to impose much broader Israeli sanctions, the opposition argues the government should be focusing its criticism on Hamas not the Netanyahu Government.
