Prosecutors argue Erin Patterson should remain in jail for life

Three judges in Victoria's highest court are considering ordering a retrial or throwing out triple mushroom murderer Erin Patterson's guilty verdict. The convicted killer's lawyers have spent the last two days arguing the Crown's case was fundamentally flawed. While prosecutors have made their own court appeal to remove Patterson's non-parole period of 33 years.
