A Larrakia elder has been arrested amid chaotic scenes outside the Northern Territory Parliament today. Protestors clashed with police as hundreds gathered to condemn the appointment of the NT's new administrator, a role equivalent of a state governor. The appointment of David Connelly has faced months of backlash over a slew of past social media posts.
