Qantas chairman grilled at Senate inquiry, rejects calls to resign

Qantas chairman, Richard Goyder, has told a Senate inquiry he won't be stepping down, despite calls from the pilots' union and some shareholders, to do just that. The probe into the aviation sector is focusing on a government decision in July to block Qatar Airways from doubling the number of its flights to Australia.
