Qantas loses high court appeal over illegal sacking of staff

It was one of the largest sackings in Australian corporate history. But now, almost 1700 workers sacked by Qantas are celebrating a High Court ruling in their favour, finding their termination was illegal. Three years after first going to court, Qantas has apologised to the workers.
