Questions remain despite a GST deal extension

A deal has been struck between the State and Federal governments to extend top-up G-S-T payments. The additional three year agreement is in exchange for greater state contributions to the rapidly expanding National Disability Insurance Scheme. But, questions have been raised about where the deal will leave current and future scheme participants
