Reserve Bank Governor Philip Lowe has flagged an easing to the size of interest rate increases, as the body races to clamp down on inflation. The Governor facing parliamentary scrutiny today for the first time since the central bank - admitting the impact of the RBA's response could hit the housing market, and linger for years.
