The stage is set for a three-day high stakes summit in Canberra to dissect how to fix Australia's stalled productivity. In her latest address, the Productivity Commission chair endorsed a company tax rate cut. While some so-called 'regulatory hairballs' are also being flagged, the government is taking a cautious approach to the elephant in the room, tax reform.
