Rentals under $400 decreasing on housing market app

Cheap rentals are rapidly disappearing from Australia's major capital cities as demand shifts back to urban centres. That's according to new data which shows the proportion of rental properties below $400 a week has fallen to less than a fifth of the market, making life more difficult for those on lower incomes.
