Report finds Northern Territory's law and order polices disproportionately impact indigenous youth

The Northern Territory children's commissioner has raised the alarm about law and order policies impacting predominantly indigenous young people. In her annual report, the commissioner says most complaints came from youth detention, with one child reportedly held in a cell for 84 hours without food, medication or sunlight.
