Reserve Bank cuts interest rates for the first time in 4 years

Homeowners across the country have been granted immediate relief on their mortgages. Within a single afternoon the Reserve Bank and the four big banks have cut interest rates. But there's a sting in the tail, with a warning that economic conditions remain volatile and any additional rate cuts this year are far from certain.
