Russia and Ukraine have both declared short-term ceasefires starting on different dates this week. Moscow initially announced a pause in fighting for its annual World War II victory day parade on Saturday. Since Sunday, Ukraine says more than 10 people have been killed in Russian strikes, while a Ukrainian drone crashed into a high-rise building in Moscow overnight.
