Russia and Ukraine exchange hundreds of prisoners

The prisoner exchange is the first since the crash of a Russian military transport plane last week, that Moscow claims was carrying dozens of Ukrainian soldiers who were about to be returned home. Vladimir Putin alleges an American supplied missile was responsible for downing the aircraft.
