Sailor's recycled boat invention de-registered by authorities

: It is a bold plan, to sail a boat made entirely of marine rubbish from Hobart to Sydney, highlighting the issue of waste in our waterways. But after years of work, the boat has been de-registered by authorities - leaving a sailor high and dry.
