Scientists call for immediate action to tackle algal bloom

The Biodiversity Council has labelled South Australia's toxic algal bloom the worst marine disaster in living memory. The independent, not-for-profit organisation has partnered with 11 universities to release a report outlining seven urgent steps for the government to prevent further collapse.
