Scott Morrison expresses solidarity with France after stabbing attack

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has expressed solidarity with France after three people were killed in a stabbing attack in Nice. The French president said his country had been subject to an Islamist terrorist attack. France has lifted its security alert system to its highest level.
