Scott Morrison says the child forklift drivers idea is no longer being pursued

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has said an idea to lower the age of forklift drivers will no longer be pursued. It comes after Queensland, Victorian and New South Wales governments said they had no plans to lower the current age of 18. The proposal also faced criticism from the Unions, saying that forklifts are dangerous machines that require skilled operation.
