Senior management of Australia's two biggest airlines faced some turbulence including questions about consumer compensation at a parliamentary inquiry. Virgin Australia and Qantas are the first of witnesses in today's public hearing on the Airline Passenger Protections ‘Pay on Delay’ bill.
