Senate hears at least two released detainees with murder convictions had no ankle bracelets

Immigration Minister Andrew Giles is again under fire in Parliament after it was revealed two people convicted of murder, who were released after the NZYQ High Court case, are not being electronically monitored. Ankle bracelets provisions have also been removed for two dozen people convicted of sex offences.
