The Socceroos’ World Cup campaign is getting some help in the United States from some previously unknown Australian connections. Tony Popovic's men enjoyed a day off today, freeing up their training ground in Alameda, California — home to the Oakland Roots SC. SBS reporter John Baldock went along for his own pitch inspection.
