Solar cars race across Australia's outback in world challenge

A fleet of high-tech solar cars has headed off from Darwin for a journey across the Australian outback. It's part of this year's world solar car challenge, with more than a dozen countries taking part. Participants say it's not just a race, but a test of innovative technology that could make its way into industry.
