For women, a sense of shame, and limited money and information, are among key barriers identified in a public hearing for the Senate Community inquiry into ‘Issues related to Menopause and Perimenopause’. The hearing in Canberra will be used in a report to the Senate with committee members hopeful it will lead to government action.
