Members of Australia's South Sea Islander community have come together to celebrate what's known as Sugar Fest. It's been 30 years since South Sea Islanders were formally recognised as a distinct cultural group by the Federal Government. Three decades on, there's a feeling more work needs to be done to accept and acknowledge the traumatic past.
