Treasurer unveils RBA structure shake-up

The fate of Australian mortage holders will rest in two new pairs of hands as the Treasurer unveils a shake-up of the Reserve Bank's governance structure, bringing it in line with the Bank of England. The changes have been welcomed by the RBA governor, but not the Federal Opposition.
