The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency says urgent repairs are needed at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant in Ukraine. Speaking in Kyiv on the 40th anniversary of the nuclear disaster, Rafael Grossi warned that leaving the site in its current condition poses serious risks. Ukraine says a protective shell around the plant's destroyed reactor was damaged in a Russian strike last year. Moscow denies targeting the plant.
