A UN group is raising major human rights concerns about the detention of Indigenous Australians, children and migrants. After touring institutions across the country, investigators are calling for urgent reform and to raise the age of criminal responsibility in some jurisdictions. Here, at the invitation of the federal government, the delegation was blocked from accessing some facilities.
