UN issues 'red alert' on climate change

'Off the charts'- that's how the UN describes the state of the Earth’s climate. The World Meteorological Organisation's annual report confirming 2023 broke records in every single climate indicator, as well as warning that next year could be even worse. Liz Maddock explains.
