Uncertainty over repatriation as 115,000 Australians remain in Middle East

The Foreign Minister says around 115,000 Australians are currently in the Middle East as airspace remains closed. But Penny Wong would not confirm whether the government would be able to facilitate repatriation flights for those stranded in the region. Virgin Australia has today cancelled at least six flights to Qatar's capital. While Qantas says there's currently no impact on its operated flights.
