Urgent calls for reform of pre-paid electricity system in remote First-Nations communities

Calls are growing for urgent reforms of electricity supply in remote areas of Australia, where access is provided through a pre-paid system. A report by community-based First Nations group, 'Original Power' has been given to the federal government, outlining the hidden toll of such arrangements. SBS WA Correspondent Christopher Tan reports from the Dampier Peninsula in Western Australia's Kimberley region.
