Victorian towns mark 40 years since Ash Wednesday fires

The communities ravaged by Ash Wednesday bushfires have gathered to mark 40 years since one of Australia's worst bushfire disasters. On February 16 1983, fires broke out across South Australia and Victoria, killing 75 people.
