Victoria’s ‘adult time for violent crime’ bill will deliver sweeping changes to youth sentencing

Children as young as 14 could be jailed for life under a Victorian government law and order crackdown. If new legislation passes parliament, serious youth offenders will be tried as adults. The Premier says it's a response to what she calls a new kind of brazen offending.
