Vietnam detains Melbourne activist on terror charges

Vietnam police have arrested three people, including an Australian, accusing them all of terrorism. Human rights groups and close family of Australian activist and Melbourne man Hiep Tran say he was abducted. They're calling it an act of transnational repression — whereby a government crosses international borders to actively silence its critics.
