Wet weather hasn't affected the launch of Australia's biggest light festival. Vivid Sydney is back for the 16th year. It's set to dazzle domestic and international visitors for the next three weeks. A drone show will feature, after being shelved in 2024 following crowd safety concerns. Our reporter Phoebe Deas is at the launch.
