Who pays for aged care in the future?

Wealthier Australians could be asked to draw down on their superannuation and pay more for aged care. It's the key recommendation of a government-led Aged Care Taskforce. It's also rejected the idea of a taxpayer levy to pay for the ballooning costs of aged care.
