Why Dr Yang Hengjun won't appeal death sentence in China

Australian-Chinese writer Dr Yang Hengjun will not appeal his suspended death sentence after a Beijing court found him guilty of espionage. A letter released by his family and friends overnight says further legal challenges would be detrimental to his welfare.
