Chelsea announce 25-man squad for Perth clash

Chelsea have included a host of stars in their 25-man squad for the clash against Perth Glory at Optus Stadium on Monday night (AEST).

The match will Maurizio Sarri's first in charge of the Blues, with new signing Jorginho also set to make his debut for the club.

A host of Chelsea stars, including Cesc Fabregas, Pedro, Alvaro Morata, Marcos Alonso and David Luiz, have all been included in the 25-man squad, who departed London on Wednesday night (UK time).

Eden Hazard, Thibaut Courtois, Gary Cahill, Willian and N'Golo Kante have been given a break from club duty and won’t make the trip to Australia.

Chelsea's trip Down Under is the first of four pre-season fixtures for the club ahead of the 2018-19 Premier League season.

The Blues will train at the WACA Ground on Saturday in an open session ahead of Monday's clash.
