Moore linked with Rangers return

Former Australia defender Craig Moore has been linked with a return to Rangers in a director of football role.

Rangers are looking for a new management team after the acrimonious departure of manager Mark Warburton, assistant David Weir and head of recruitment Frank McParland, with Melbourne Victory coach Kevin Muscat emerging as a contender to replace Warburton.

Now Moore, who is Brisbane Roar's football operations manager, is reportedly in line to replace McParland, according to the Scottish Daily Mail.

Moore had two stints as a player at Rangers and also captained the Ibrox club.
